Residential Inspections

I know that purchasing a home is one of the largest investments that you’ll make throughout your lifetime. With this in mind, I take care to note every detail possible during the inspection process.

Termite Inspections

I provide an unbiased termite inspection and a ODAFF 1 Report as an additional service. This means you only make one call and have one point of contact for the two most requested pre-sale inspections.

Mold Sampling

Mold can grow anytime moisture is present. It’s a potential health concern and can cause allergic symptoms and worse, especially to people or pets who may already have breathing difficulties. Don’t let mold make you or your loved ones sick or damage your real estate investment—add a mold-testing inspection to your services.

Sewer Scope

I use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage. Finding and addressing such problems now can head off catastrophic and expensive repairs later.
